Our Beginning 

Dewan Kuldip Singh is regarded as the father founder of the new Township of Vasai, north of Mumbai. 1.6 Million people live in this city now. He expanded infrastructure and Industrial development to Palghar. He then founded the country's second largest housing finance company. After the founder’s passing the sons invested into heavy civil works, retail, films, new residential, commercial and retail real estate. They entered in to a joint venture with Sabemo Transfield of Australia for civil construction projects. They are of the firm conviction that quality projects will always outsell future competition. The group among other things submitted a proposal to the government for a lake city spread over 24,300 acres on the outskirts of the capital. Presently, in the pipeline in India is the Homelands project comprising of 122 buildings, cinemas, shopping, villas & other civic amenities and a Agro-Project in collaboration with the Larson Group of Sweden. The group also made their foray into Movies and the Fashion business. The founder donated towards numerous philanthropic causes, including lands for a Church, Sikh Temple, Mosque, Arts, Commerce and Science Colleges,  high school and junior college and the Mahadeva Temple at Vasai Maharashtra.

Present

Apart from all the activities of the family, the youngest member of the family, now heads Triplanet Inc., a holding company that is involved in multiple and diverse businesses such as those covered in this information site. He follows the inspiring words of his father "completion is the only success". He is only interested in ethical business dealings where the rights and efforts of all contributing entities are always protected and no one is left behind. We operate through a network of like minded business leaders and business collaborations and our activities are funded by our own group and other seasoned financial partners.
