Another prestigious project designed and promoted by Triplanet Inc will soon be introduced in the middle-east and is expected to cost US$ 6 Billion to build. It comprises of the Great Palace Resort and Crystal SPA spread over an area of 22 million sq. ft. The attractions include a 7 star Palace Hotel, 48 Hotel Villas, 180 residential villas, 5 star Forest Hotel and Lagoon, the Moroccan themed crystal SPA with over 90 treatments and 80 rooms. 

The Project includes a Waterfall Mall having the longest LED screen in the world, the Royal Gardens inspired by Chateau Versailles France that additionally has unique attractions in the center of each garden, including a unique roller-coaster, the Coaster Tower Hotel, the world’s longest waterfall and fountains, restaurants, grand entrance, underwater tunnels and the world’s biggest chandeliers. 

Triplanet Inc conceived the concept design for Kings Retreat project planned in Vietnam. The project comprises of three towers on the hill. The residential tower, the hotel tower and the hospital tower. It also includes unique landscaping, botanical gardens and walking paths overlooking the ocean.

It has hidden residences all along the hillside and unique cliff edge villas protruding from the cliff side of the hill. These villas have glass bottom living rooms so you can view the water below. The project has its own entertainment zone and a boat marina having 75 prime slips for vessels ranging from 30 to 220 feet, On-site fuel dock, State-of-the-art pump-out system servicing each slip.

The concept for the redevelopment of the five kilometer beach in Khan Hoa province Vietnam was created by Triplanet Inc. The redevelopment consists of a new boardwalk for the entire length of the beach, a stunning new grand entrance to the beach, underground infrastructure, parking, cinemas, food courts and underground retail centers. On the beach level, there are numerous attractions such as a walk through aquarium, a concert venue, restaurants and sky restaurants.

The boardwalk has a BMX and skateboard park, dancing fountain features, the multi-deck above ground floating restaurant, underground hotel. The five ocean centers that are the nerve centre for all kinds of activities such as restaurants, nightclubs, sea sports such as parasailing, sailing, wind-surfing, fly boarding, scuba diving, jet skiing, hobie cat's and operate as mini-marinas for small yachts, fishing boats, ocean watch and rescue.

The beach upgrade has all kinds of facilities and amenities, paved roads, security, jogging trails, cycling, electric scooter and roller blade tracks, ATMs, toilets, telephone booths with chargers, sonumbra or ross lovegrove solar trees, free drinking fountains. beach showers, safety boxes, electric trams with 10 stops along the beach, utilities, pumping stations and district cooling.

The Great Tower Hotel is designed to be one of the world's tallest hotel having unique design features, sculptures on the facade of the structure. The base has 3 levels of casino, boutiques, restaurants, attractions, conference center, shopping mall, tropical rain-forest and driver less electric pods for rapid movement. One of its main unique features is the waterfall from the face of the building to the tiered pools below. 

The project boasts immersive technology, LED walls, smart tech, multiple viewing decks, floating sky balconies and high speed bubble elevators that descend into a nursery of crystal gardens forming a unique integral part of the hotel. It has its own theatre, shopping mall, 8 cinemas, banquet and conference suites, futuristic food court and luxury spa.
